The $1 Billion Grand Palms Project That Will Transform Pembroke Pines

A historic transformation is on the horizon for Pembroke Pines, Florida. The Grand Palms community is set to undergo a redevelopment valued at over $1 billion, aiming to elevate the area’s lifestyle, attract high-end tourism, and boost property values in one of South Florida’s most desirable locations.

A New Luxury Hotel

One of the most notable changes will be the complete demolition of the current Grand Palms hotel. In its place, the developer plans to build a brand-new four-star hotel with approximately 450 rooms, potentially operated by prestigious brands like Hilton, Hyatt, or SLS. This addition is expected to draw both leisure travelers and business guests, making Grand Palms a true luxury destination.

Luxury Condominiums

The project also includes three 10-story condominium towers, with units starting at $1 million. These residences will cater to high-net-worth buyers looking for exclusivity, premium amenities, and proximity to world-class golfing.

A $25 Million Golf Course Renovation

Golf lovers will appreciate the $25 million investment to modernize the existing 27-hole golf course. The plan is to create a world-class facility that will host both local and international players. Additionally, 16 private villas will be built along the golf course, offering unmatched views and access.

Impact on the Community

The good news for current residents: no existing homes will be demolished or directly affected. However, due to the size of the project, changes in traffic flow and local infrastructure are expected over the coming years.

What’s Next?

Designed by the renowned architecture firm Cube 3, the project has already received preliminary approval from the Grand Palms homeowners association. The next step is for the developer to present final plans to the City of Pembroke Pines in the coming weeks. There’s no official construction date yet, but momentum is building.
